The positions include;
 

1. Marketing Executives – Anchor Millers, (Good Mother Wheat Flour)
Number of Positions – 2
Job Role:  To ensure uptake, revenue growth and increased market share for the Wheat Floor.
 
Responsibilities
  • Preparing and implementing the Sales and Marketing plan
  • Seeking for and implementing new sales and marketing strategies
  • Prospecting for bulk and resale Customers for the flour.
  • Initiating and overseeing special promotions to push the product in the market
  • Making presentations of the product as well as the company to prospective clients.
  • Initiating and following up on orders and keeping records on the product performance
  • Collecting Payments after Delivery of the flour.
  • Recording  and Resolving  Customer Complaints.
  • Conducting Market Intelligence to Monitor Competitor actions
  • Carrying out market research on new consumer trends in the Market
  • Overseeing and coordinating distribution Channel activities
  • Managing the relationships with distributors and channel members
Person Specifications
  • Must be a holder of at least a certificate in Sales and Marketing or any other relevant course.
  • Sales and Marketing experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry (FMCG) of at least 1 year.
  • Outgoing, pleasant and easy to get along with personality
  • Aged between the aged of 20 – 35 years.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have Proficiency in basic computer software applications
  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Dynamic, Innovative and Creative person who is solution oriented
  • Up to date with developments and trends in the industry/sector
2. Sales and Marketing Executives – Fountain Water Ltd, Nyeri
Number of Positions – 2

Job Role: To ensure uptake, revenue growth and increased market share for Fountain Sparkling Water Brand.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and implementing the Sales and Marketing plan for the brand
  • Seeking for and implementing new sales and marketing strategies to increase sales
  • Prospecting for bulk and resale Customers (Wholesalers, Distributors and large retailers).
  • Initiating and overseeing special promotions to push the brand  in the market
  • Making presentations of the product as well as the company to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating for special orders with Hotels, event management companies, wedding planners, tours companies and other packaging companies
  • Initiating and following up on orders and keeping records on the product performance  in the market
  • Liaising with Accounts department to invoice  sales and collect Payments
  • Record and Resolve Customer feedback and Complaints on the product
  • Conduct Market Intelligence to Monitor Competitor actions
  • Carrying out market research on new consumer trends in the Market

Person Specifications

3. Tele-Marketing Sales Executives – GM Kariuki Hardware, Karatina
Number of Positions – 3

Job Role: To carry out continuous prospecting to ensure uptake, revenue growth and increased market share for the Hardware Products
 

Responsibilities
  • Conducting telesales and prospecting to prospective and existing customers
  • Preparing, maintaining and updating a database of clients for continuous engagement
  • Introducing and explaining new and existing hardware products to clients
  • Implementing the Sales and Marketing plan for the brand
  • Seeking for and implementing new Tele-sales and marketing strategies to increase sales volumes
  • Taking and translating customer orders for requisitions in the store
  • liaising with store owners to ensure regular feedback and continuous updates on the market trends
  • Prospecting for bulk and resale Customers (Wholesalers, Distributors and large retailers).
  • Initiating and following up on orders and keeping records on the product performance  in the market
  • Leasing with Accounts department to invoice  sales and collect Payments
  • Record and Resolve Customer feedback and Complaints on issues like delivery times, order correctness and other issues
Person Specifications
  • Must be a holder of at least a certificate in Sales and Marketing or any other relevant course.
  • Good telephone skills and ability to communicate clearly and courteously
  • Ability to Multi task and handle several calls simultaneously
  • Tele-Marketing and Sales experience in a busy environment of at least 1 year
  • Outgoing, pleasant and easy to get along with person
  • Aged between the aged of 20 – 35 years.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills

4. Sales and Marketing Executives – New Age Developers and Construction Company Ltd (NADCC), Juba, South Sudan
Number of Positions – 2 –A Man and Lady

Job Role: To carry out continuous prospecting and business development to ensure uptake, revenue growth and increased market share for the companies range of product offerings in the whole of South Sudan.
 

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and implementing the Sales and Marketing plan for NADCC South Sudan
  • Developing and implementing new sales and marketing strategies to increase sales in the vast market
  • Initiating and overseeing special promotions to push the brand  in the market
  • Negotiating for new contracts with developers and construction companies for the supply of materials
  • Seeking new opportunities in the booming construction sector and netting new clients
  • Liaising with the Head Office in Kenya to raise orders for the Sudan Branch
  • Making sales presentations to prospective clients in the public and private sector.
  • Initiating and following up on orders and keeping records on the product performance  in the market
  • Liaising with Accounts department to invoice  sales and collect Payments
  • Record customer feedback and resolve Customer Complaints
  • Seek new business opportunities for the company through strategic alliances
  • Conduct Market Intelligence to Monitor Competitor actions
  • Carry out market research on new consumer trends in the Market

  • Willingness to relocate to South Sudan a requirement
  • Aged between the aged of 25 – 40 years.

5. Procurement Officer – Anchor Millers Ltd, Nyeri
Number of Positions – 1

Job Role: 

The Procurement Officer will be primarily responsible for efficient procurement of goods and services and ensure company and ethical policies are adhered to.
 
Responsibilities
  • Purchase of supplies and stocks to ensure efficient production and Operations
  • Issuing stocks against authorized purchase requisitions
  • Preparing the materials requirement plans for raw materials
  • Carrying out periodic inventory audit levels and management records
  • Reconciling issuance of stocks and giving reports
  • Keeping of debtors and creditors records
  • Issuing of items to the user department
  • Preparing and issuing of  local purchase order (LPO)
  • Inspection of goods received from the suppliers
  • Monitoring the maintenance and cleaning of the store
  • Balancing and updating of the store ledger cards
Person specifications
  • Must be a holder of at least a Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies from a recognized body
  • Procurement experience in a busy high volume environment of at least 1 year.
  • An inquisitive, detail oriented and highly organized person
  • Team player with interest in all facets of the business
  • A good negotiator who seeks to  create value for the company
  • Aged between the aged of 25 – 40 years.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
