Our Client is a Mid Size Hotel currently looking for a supervisor, who is strong in Accommodation and Conferencing
Job Description
  • Supervise all day to day operations of the hotel
  • deliver on standards and service levels
  • implementing new service levels
  • ensure delivery of effective staff training and management development programmes
  • manage and exceed customer expectations, increasing satisfaction levels
  • oversee control of operating budgets in line with hotel financial targets
  • maximising revenue opportunities
  • ensure effective and open communication across all departments
Required Experience
  • Must have a strong background in Conferencing and Accommodation
  • open communicator, able to motivate and inspire your team
  • positive personality, able to crate a vibrant work environment
  • highly standards drive, with great attention to detail
  • financial and business awareness, able to work to and deliver on targets
