Our client is an Experiential Marketing Agency.

Their purpose is to build relationships between brands and the people who matter most to them.

They offer our clients key support in order to work through their products and create brands that resonate with the target customers, and to continually be lived and loved and be part and parcel of daily life experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assigned specific campaign accounts and activations
  • Contribute in overall strategic and operations planning phases
  • Ensure assigned project teams are well informed (trickle down information-top to bottom-top)
  • Generate budgets for assigned campaigns
  • Generate operations budget and ensure agency receives the most competitive rates from suppliers
  • Generate and monitor critical path schedules for activation campaigns
  • Manage senior project managers assigned to campaigns
  • Oversee the implementation of campaigns against specific KPIs and deliverables
  • Collect weekly reports from SPM (Senior Project Managers), ensure good reporting quality (content, data and overall presentation), share with Account Director prior to submitting to clients
  • Evaluate campaign progress via regular SWOT analysis and share insights with clients
  • Generate final reports post campaigns
  • Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers and key stake holders
  • Performance evaluation for operations team reporting to specific account. This includes recommendations for improvement
  • Present performance evaluations to management on a quarterly basis (1st quarter starts in January 2012)
  • Brief Account Manager on campaign progress on a regular basis (pro-active measures preferred)
  • Recommend ways or steps of improving overall project planning, implementation and management
  • Deliver billing targets assigned to their specific account/s.
  • Progressive billings are an indication of good performance.
Skills and Certification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or equivalent
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Client relationship skills
  • A good attitude with an outgoing personality
  • Flexibility
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in the area of Marketing
