Account Director – Experiential Marketing Agency 2013 opportunity(Nairobi)
Our client is an Experiential Marketing Agency.
Our client is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Account director to drive growth of their portfolio.
- To drive client brand strategy and become the primary contact for key clients.
- To drive business growth through existing clients, developing a proactive action plan.
- To work with the director on generating new accounts.
- To produce and deliver against an agreed account plan and budget.
- Produce and monitor accurate and clear forecasting.
- To be a leader of the team, offering direction and support, ensuring the agency has the correct level of skills to grow the accounts.
- To continue to monitor and review the processes and skills of the team ensuring the clients receive the best in class service.
- To work closely with the operations team to deliver on projects
- To manage all campaigns and processes from a Top Level
- To manage client relationships from start to finish of a project and beyond.
- To follow up and follow through on all projects to make sure what is promised is delivered
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or equivalent
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A keen understanding and passion for Experiential Marketing
- Keen understanding of multinational manufacturing, sales, and marketing operations
- Client relationship skills
- A good attitude with an outgoing personality
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in the area of Marketing
- 3+ Management experience
