They offer our clients key support in order to work through their products and create brands that resonate with the target customers, and to continually be lived and loved and be part and parcel of daily life experience.

Job Objective:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Account director to drive growth of their portfolio.

This person will work directly with the director to achieve strategic and financial success; and with operations teams to execute various projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To drive client brand strategy and become the primary contact for key clients.
  • To drive business growth through existing clients, developing a proactive action plan.
  • To work with the director on generating new accounts.
  • To produce and deliver against an agreed account plan and budget.
  • Produce and monitor accurate and clear forecasting.
  • To be a leader of the team, offering direction and support, ensuring the agency has the correct level of skills to grow the accounts.
  • To continue to monitor and review the processes and skills of the team ensuring the clients receive the best in class service.
  • To work closely with the operations team to deliver on projects
  • To manage all campaigns and processes from a Top Level
  • To manage client relationships from start to finish of a project and beyond.
  • To follow up and follow through on all projects to make sure what is promised is delivered
Skills and Certification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or equivalent
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • A keen understanding and passion for Experiential Marketing
  • Keen understanding of multinational manufacturing, sales, and marketing operations
  • Client relationship skills
  • A good attitude with an outgoing personality
  • Flexibility
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in the area of Marketing
  • 3+ Management experience
